Mark had no structure in the gym or clearly defined goals with his physique. He trained regularly but his body didn’t reflect his effort.
Once Mark had a properly designed program he was able to quickly drop fat and pack on lean muscle. Mark enjoyed his workouts so much that he asked me to increase his sessions from 3 to 4 times a week.
The best part for Mark was that he was able to get shredded while eating his favourite food, Jaffa cakes, every single day.
