Jacob’s starting weight was 71kg. His goal was to add size so I increased his calories and created a program to build muscle as fast as possible.
Jacob’s weight quickly went up to 75kg.
We then reduced his calories to strip away the excess fat and his weight went back to 71kg. But as you can see, Jacob now has a well-defined, lean and muscular physique.
